At night, head to the primary suite — also known as the entire loft! Here you’ll enjoy mountain views through the large windows and soothing hot showers. Then meet everyone in the comfortable living room, complete with new furniture, plenty of natural light, and a big screen TV. You can also shoot some pool or take advantage of the wireless internet in the cabin.
Toss towels in the cabin’s washer and dryer and sit down at the new dining table for family-style meals made in the cabin’s fully equipped kitchen! Whether here for a romantic couples’ retreat, a weekend with friends, or a fun family vacation, you’ll find the comforts and conveniences you need for a top-notch stay at this lovely cabin not far from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge!
Living Room
As soon as you step inside A Li’l Bit of Heaven, you’ll feel right at home, with traditional hardwood flooring, a vaulted ceiling showcasing exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the gorgeous Smoky Mountains indoors. Feel free to plop on the plump sofa and love seat while the little ones play on the plush area rug. The big screen TV will keep everyone entertained, the massive beautiful stone (gas) fireplace is perfect for chilly evenings with a mug of cocoa, and the reading lamps will light the way to your novel escape.
Kitchen
Boasting an open concept, the kitchen — fully equipped with major appliances, pots and pans, dishware, mugs, and more — is just off the living area. Easily grab seconds at dinner, pop movie-night munchies, and brew endless pots of joe. There’s also a refrigerator for storing fresh ingredients, a stove for preparing hot meals, and a toaster oven for morning treats. To top it all off, this kitchen even comes with a handy dishwasher, making cleanup a breeze.

"Great cabin! Very good views, clean, stocked with all the appliances that you would need even a crock pot totally didnt expect that. Love the location as it is out of all the hustle and bustle of downtown but very easy to get to anywhere you want to go didnt mind the drive at all as it was much like home for us. Will definitely be staying again!"

"We had originally booked a place closer to the tail of the dragon in North Carolina. Due to the virus plans had to change. So we found this place. Not too far from the Dragon, and pretty close to Pigeon Forge. Quiet little area, only thing is the hill going up the mountain is pretty steep, would be rough in the winter unless they kept it super clean. Cabin was nice, great view, lots of unique kitchen items like blender, crock pot etc. Internet/wifi was pretty slow. Had roughly 2 bars of cell service (AT&T). Says parking for 3 cars but if you angle them you can easily fit 4 maybe 5 normal size cars. Overall nice place."

"The views of the mountains from the cabin were fantastic. Probably some of the best views from anywhere in Pigeon Forge was from the cabin itself. The deck was nice place to eat breakfast, drink a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The cabin layout is very nice and open. Everything in the cabin was clean. The amenities provided in the bedrooms and kitchens were sufficient and felt inviting. All the information provided before the trip made the arrival very smooth. Overall, our family had a very nice time in this cabin. The only thing to keep in mind is that the cell signal is non-existent so cannot make any calls for anything. My experience interacting with Cabins for you was very pleasant, even though it was all online, but that was sufficient. I did call about an issue at the cabin and they were very understanding and responsive."

It was rather warm in there. We did turn it down but could only do 3 degrees at a time. And it would take forever to cool. Other than that, it was a great trip! And the lower level porch is a pretty awesome place to sit in a storm, especially when there is lightning!"

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What about discounts for area attractions?

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
