The Land of Christmas
If you are looking for a family holiday activity that will be an annual favorite, consider Santa’s Village! Kids and adults of all ages will love this attraction. This magical Christmas land is located in Cherokee, North Carolina, just a short drive from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This amusement park is actually built on authentic Cherokee land! Santa's Village features Zoo Land, Roller Coaster Land, and tons of family fun! From a zoo to classic rides for all ages, there are many exciting things to do at Santa's Village! There is even a Jingle Bell Theater where guests can watch The Magic Show each day at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. When the park is open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., additional showtimes will be 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Roller Coaster Land
Classic wooden roller coasters have been part of the amusement park for many years, and you'll want to be sure to take a spin on the 100-year-old Ferris wheel. This historic and beautiful wheel will take you back to yesteryear. At Roller Coaster Land, ride the famous Rudicoaster, Santa's Express Train, the Kiddie Cars, Boat Ride, Paddle Boats, Helicopter Ride, or the Umbrella Ride.
Snacks and Drinks
When you work up an appetite, try some of the tasty park foods. Try the Santa Burger or Rudi Burger, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches, Lil Elf meals, and more. The dining options at Santa's Village will satisfy you and keep you energized as you have fun in the park! Keep hydrated with the drinks or satisfy a sweet tooth with ice cream.
Zoo Land at Santa's Village
The zoo at Santa's Village is filled with exotic and local animals that many have never seen before! Leave plenty of time to visit (and feed) the bears and check out the exotic birds and chickens that have called Santa's Village home over the years. Zoo Land is home to sheep, llamas, mccalls, turkeys, deer, servals, rabbits, pigs, peacocks, and more! The deer will eat out of guests' hands at Santa's Deer Barn, and baby bears Ruff and Buff are adorable and fun! You can even pet and feed Santa's goats and watch the Ring-Tailed lemurs and Capuchin monkeys play.
