While staying in your your
Pigeon Forge cabin
rental, a quick stroll into Sevierville
is a must stop in order to visit the one of a kind Apple
Barn. The Apple Barn has something for everyone. It is a
one stop shop which will satisfy food lovers from all
over. Apple Barn is complete with its own farm, kitchen,
bar, gift shop, bakery and delicious Farmhouse Grill
restaurant.
As you stroll through the complex, you are surrounded by
hillsides covered with trees in various stages of
producing a huge variety of the world’s most historic
fruit. People visiting
Apple Barn’s Cider Room, can actually watch
the variety of juicy sweet and tart apples being pressed
into delicious cider in the fall. Relax and sit back at
the Cider Bar- yes an actual bar, in which guests can
sip apple cider and enjoy beautiful scenery at the
cherry and onyx bar.
Apple Barn offers a General Store
where you can buy apple potpourri, cook books, charms,
aprons, earrings and more! The General store has an
entire section dedicated to the products of pressed
apples, juices and ciders. It also is filled with cases
of hold hams and bacon slabs that have been flavored
over smoldering apple wood. The General Store is
complete with a bakery that offers fresh baked apple
pies, fried pies, apple dumplings, doughnuts and more.
One can even sample Apple flavors
at the Winery, and eat an apple sundae. The “creamery”
is an old time cream parlor, which makes rich, creamy
sundaes, sodas, and shakes. After visiting “The
Creamery,” it is a must to stroll into Apple Barn’s
candy Factory. Taste handmade jawbreakers, and watch
candy favorites being made by old fashioned machinery.
Top it all off - Apple Barn has their very own
restaurant - The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant and
Grill. Guests love coming to this delicious family
oriented restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Both are open year round including holidays! (With the
exception of Farmhouse Grill on Christmas.)
Next time your group is in a
