When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with log and stone exteriors and a grassy yard where you can toss a football or play with the kids on nice days. Then step inside to the living room, where a large stacked-stone fireplace and soaring lodge-like ceilings await. The windows frame mountain views, and there is seating around the room to unwind. The cabin also has fresh updates, giving it a vintage, shabby chic feel.

In the rec room, shoot some pool, play foosball, play games at the card table, or whip up drinks and snacks at the wet bar. And the entertainment doesn’t stop there. Von Bryan Estate boasts a theater room with big screen TV, theater style seats, and sofas! From a full bar area to another living space with a book and movie library, Von Bryan Estate knows how to keep everyone comfortable and entertained.

A highlight of this large group lodge is the private outdoor pool, which features lounge chairs and lovely landscaping. It’s the perfect space to spread out and cool off with a group in summer. And the deck of Von Bryan Estate is impressive, with tons of space, lounge chairs, dining tables, and awesome views. The cabin also boasts lovely outdoor spots to enjoy the serenity of the mountains — under the shade of a tree, from the porch swing, or while playing in the yard.

The amenities just go on and on here, with a washer/dryer, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 2 indoor jetted tubs, high-speed wireless internet, 2 charcoal grills, gas and electric fireplaces, TVs in the bedrooms, a DVD player, and a mix of beds for any group: kings, queens, fulls, twins, bunks, sleeper sofas, and a trundle bed! Living Room

Traditional log walls, a grand chandelier, stone (gas) fireplace, and high ceilings with exposed beams exude that cabin feel in the living room. Great Smoky Mountain views pour through the windows and cozy furniture and lamps add a touch of home to the space. Unwind with family and friends on the sofas with snacks or card games on the coffee tables while the little ones enjoy playing on the plush area rug. Chat with your besties and a glass of wine or opt for a romance novel by the fire on cool nights. And let the Smoky Mountain views take you away with your morning coffee.

Upstairs you’ll find another cozy space with sofa seating, a collection of books, and stunning mountain views overlooking the outdoor pool area through the wall of windows. The library is a great area to get away from the hustle and bustle of the group and relax with a good book in the Smokies.

Kitchen

Enter the fully equipped and spacious kitchen at Von Bryan Estate. Featuring tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, including a commercial refrigerator, a double oven, and 2 dishwashers, plus an island with gas burners, this kitchen is more than ready for large feasts. There’s even bar seating for 4 and a breakfast table nearby so helpers can be comfortable while chatting with the chef, taste testing, or decorating cookies.

Dining Room

When meals are prepped and ready, set the tables that seat 20 total in the dining room. Stylish and crisp white with matching chandeliers overhead, the tables here are inviting. There’s also a wet bar with a wine cooler and seating for 6 more. Grab a few stemmed glasses from the buffet table’s wine rack and pour a local bottle of red for a little pizzazz with dinner. Mornings here are made convenient with the handy coffee station, where multiple pots of joe can be made simultaneously to keep your guests happy.

Just off the dining room is the extended sunroom area with additional tables, seating for 12, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of the rolling Smokies and outdoor pool area. Dining here is a whole new and wonderful experience! Plus, it’s a nice area to keep an eye on the kids while they splash in the pool and you bask under the ceiling fans with a glass of lemonade and cool breezes flowing through the sliding glass doors — bringing the outdoors in whenever you please.

Private Outdoor Pool

Ever dreamed of chilling under the sun in a refreshing pool with Great Smoky Mountain peaks only a glance away? Well…you’ve come to the right estate! Von Bryan boasts a private outdoor pool (fenced in for safety) with an expanded surrounding deck area and manicured grounds. Splash with the kiddos, play Marco Polo, and unwind on a floatie all day! Tired of swimming and ready to tan? Lay back and relax on the poolside loungers. And when you’re ready to really unwind, hop in the built-in bubbly hot tub for a soothing soak. Or continue towards the mountain views and sip sweet tea at the tables as you chat with loved ones, take epic selfies, and soak in the Smokies.

Theater Room

It’s movie night at Von Bryan Estate! Grab big bowls of buttery popcorn from the kitchen and head to the theater room with theater style and sofa seating for 26 plus a massive projector screen with DVD player. Bring your favorite action, thriller, comedy, horror, and romance classics or choose from the cabin’s mini DVD library. Close the curtains to the Smoky Mountain views, turn off the lights, and get ready for booming surround sound!

Rec Room

Playtime is all the time when you hang in the rec room at Von Bryan Estate. Shoot pool with your best pals, cream opponents on the foosball field, and hit the bullseye like a pro on the dartboard! There’s also a table for 4 and even another wet bar here with seating for 5, a full-sized refrigerator, sink, and a mounted flatscreen TV in the corner. Serve up drinks and snacks, then bust out a board game brought from home.

Bedrooms

Ah, it’s bedtime in the Smokies, and at Von Bryan Estate that equals more relaxation. There are 11 bedrooms — each with a flatscreen TV — and 10.5 bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The bedrooms are unique and offer various amenities, including electric (heated) fireplaces, a vanity, jetted tubs, and mountain views (one even boasts walls of windows in the trees). And with a mix of bed sizes and types, you can break down the sleeping arrangements for your group with ease. Beds include 3 kings, 5 queens, 2 fulls, 2 twins, 1 twin-over-full bunk, 2 twin bunks (with a media space just outside the rec room), 1 trundle, and 6 queen sleepers (including 2 in the library and 2 in the theater).

Outdoor Spaces

What’s more, the estate harbors 2 charcoal grills for Smoky cookouts, 2 steamy hot tubs (1 under the stars and 1 on a covered deck) for relaxing soaks, a firepit area for summer s’mores and fall ghost stories, plus a cornhole game for extra outdoor fun.
