Description

Don’t let the rustic cabin exterior fool you: Treasured Times boasts modern amenities, comfortable spaces, and tons of ways to relax and play inside! Just a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, it’s convenient to the city yet peaceful among the trees. It’s the best of both worlds! After exploring at The Island or riding roller coasters at Dollywood, come back to Treasured Times for soaks in the hot tub by the fireplace on the deck, relaxing nights in the luxurious primary suite (with double-sided fireplace), and movie nights in the comfy living room.

This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 10 guests, making it a spacious setting for a family vacation or a nice getaway with friends. Bring your bridal party for a last hoorah in nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg or 2 other couples for a nice retreat without the kids. Guests in Treasured Times will easily stay entertained as they play air hockey and pool in the game room, watch movies on the large flatscreen TV in the living area, and relax with a good book with valley views from the deck.

Under 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, you are within minutes of hundreds of attractions, restaurants, and shopping! Take the kids for a day of miniature golf and laser tag at LazerPort Fun Center before taking the short trip back to the cabin for lunch, hot off the outdoor gas grill. In neighboring Gatlinburg, visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most visited national park in the U.S., and check out downtown attractions! Ride the Aerial Tramway to Ober Gatlinburg for incredible views after perusing the country’s largest group of independent artisans in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community of Gatlinburg. It even features motorcycle-friendly parking!

Living Area
Gather in the spacious living room and take a seat on one of three cushy couches and chairs to begin catching up with friends and family as soon as you walk through the door from your trip into the Smokies. Let laughter float to the lofty wooden ceilings as you reminisce on old, funny stories and begin discussing plans for daily excursions to nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

In the evenings, use the extra space to play interactive games like Cranium or enjoy a feature film screening for the kids in front of the big flatscreen TV mounted on the mantel. Kick your feet up on the couch and read your current book obsession in the rustic cabin atmosphere while your morning coffee cools on the nearby wooden end table. Squeeze in a nap in between morning and evening outings in the soft lighting drifting down from the loft windows that accent the tall stone fireplace. Or unwind and take advantage of the wireless internet!

Kitchen
The symbiotic relationship between modern living and rustic mountain life meet for a beautiful, fully loaded kitchen space you will love using during your Smoky Mountain vacation. The sleek black appliances set into polished wooden cabinetry are highlighted by modern track lighting to set the stage for your in-cabin meal preparation. Early risers can use the coffeemaker to get a morning jolt while early morning hikers can blend a smoothie before hitting the trails.

It’s well equipped for making meals for the group, or you can just order some pizza or takeout and enjoy a laid-back night eating and hanging out around the cabin. When you don’t want to get out of the cabin, be sure you have snacks and drinks on hand!

Dining Area
Picnic indoors while eating at the beautiful log-bench dining set in Treasured Time’s dining area. Simpler times under the warm lighting of the chandelier and hearty cabin meals are some of the best memories to be made with friends and family while staying in the cabin. Play card games and laugh until it hurts around the wooden dining table before heading to bed.

Dine together with everyone in the shared open spaces of the dining and living areas if there happens to be more than 6 guests. While the kids watch a movie and slowly drift to sleep in the living area, share a bottle of wine with friends after dinner and continue laughing and conversing.

Bedrooms
The spacious bedrooms and comfy log beds provide plenty of rest during late evenings and mornings after days of exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Use the large indoor jetted tub next to a stone fireplace in the primary suite of the main floor to take a quiet bubble bath with scenic views through the windows. Settle into your queen or king-size bed to enjoy a little time with your favorite show on the TV provided in all the bedrooms. Let the soothing air flow of the overhead fan quietly put you to sleep after an exciting day of whitewater rafting on the Pigeon River. Easy private bathroom access from each bedroom makes showering off convenient for the entire group after an invigorating afternoon hike.

Game Room
Play a friendly game of pool while the kids take turns on the classic arcade game in the loft’s game room. As your favorite sporting event plays on the nearby TV, plot and scheme over a game of chess lit by the afternoon sun coming through the windows. The high, exposed ceilings fill with conversation and laughter as everyone in the group is entertained in the spacious loft area.

Gather around the coffee table on the 2 couches of the second living area for a board game, while other guests make friendly wagers on the foosball table. Watch and laugh as the kids try to get the hang of some air hockey before heading upstairs for dinner. To avoid disturbing your sleeping partner, watch some of your latest sitcom addiction on the lower level’s TV before heading to bed.

Outdoor Amenities
After a day of shopping in downtown Pigeon Forge, talk and laugh while sitting of the deck’s wooden bench as dad cooks up some burgers on the gas grill. Before heading to bed, soak in the warm steam of the hot tub as the flames from the outdoor fireplace dance in the dark, cool mountain evening. Spend your morning quietly swinging with your special someone on the lower deck’s porch swing before everyone else begins stirring in the cabin. While waiting for the group to organize and leave the cabin for a night out at The Island, breathe in some fresh mountain air on the deck.
