Conveniently located less than 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge, The Pigeon Perch offers the peace of the mountains with the convenience of a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and shops. Relax among the trees of the Great Smoky Mountains, with modern amenities, lovely views, and classic cabin interiors. You’ll feel right at home in this comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin with 1,600+ square feet of space for up to 9 guests.

When you want a break from exploring downtown, take a short drive to The Pigeon Perch. Spend nice afternoons sipping coffee or moonshine in the rocking chairs on the deck or relaxing on the sofas in front of the fireplace and TV in the cozy living room, with Fido by your feet. You can whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, sit down together at the dining table, or head upstairs to play air hockey and watch TV.

At night, head to the bedrooms for some rest and relaxation while your pooch curls up on their doggy bed. Across the 3 bedrooms and cabin, you’ll have 2 king suites on the entry level, 1 queen suite upstairs, twin bunk beds, and a full-size pullout sofa. Before heading to bed, be sure to climb into the soothing hot tub on the deck, perfect for sore muscles after a hike or a long drive.

Living Room
After playing in town, riding mountain coasters or skydiving indoors, you’ll appreciate a quiet and comfortable place to relax and unwind in the Smokies. The living room at The Pigeon Perch offers just that, with a plush sectional with plenty of pillows, a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and a cozy gas fireplace for chilly evenings. Open concept, this living room keeps you connected with your group, whether they’re cooking in the kitchen, chatting at the dining table, or playing a card game at the small table just there. It’s also a great space to gather everyone to discuss plans for the day as well as take a break and a breather with a snack and a drink during the day.

Kitchen
Ready and equipped with everything you need (minus the ingredients) to prepare and serve homemade meals at the cabin, the kitchen here features white appliances, classic wood cabinetry, and a stainless steel double sink beneath a charming window. Store leftovers in the fridge, whip up breakfast on the stovetop, bake goodies in the oven, and pop movie-night popcorn in the microwave. There’s even a handy dishwasher to help clean up the messes!

Dining Area
Nestled into the kitchen space, the dining area features a log table with matching chairs that are ideally located to grab seconds or dessert with haste. Perfect for mealtimes, board games, crafts, homeschooling, and work, the table is versatile to use how you see fit during your stay at this pet-friendly cabin in Pigeon Forge. There’s also a ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer summer days, and the small table and sofa seating in the nearby living room provide extra seating space at mealtimes.

Rec Room
Just up the spiral staircase awaits the fun rec room that boasts arcade games, a foosball table, another fireplace, and a media space! Opt for a fun round on the foosball field or play NBA Jam or Pac-Man on the retro arcade units. Settle into the sofa (doubles as a full-size pullout couch) for movie nights with your favorite DVD playing on the big screen TV. There’s also a dartboard and another small seating area with chairs and an end table for drinks. And you can always peel away from the group for a little time to chat with a friend or read a good book by the fireplace.

Bedrooms
Bedtime is relaxation time at The Pigeon Perch. On the entry level, there are 2 king suites that each features a king-size bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan. On the second floor, there is a queen suite with a queen-size bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Extra guests or the kids can use the twin-size pullout couch in the rec room. Best of all, one of the 3 bathrooms harbors an indoor jetted tub, where you can relax in a spa bath with bubbles and scented candles, morning, noon, or night!

Outdoor Spaces
Step onto the back deck to take in the lovely wooded scenery with towering trees along the Smoky Mountain hills. You can sip hot coffee, Southern sweet tea, or Ole Smoky moonshine while swaying in the rocking chairs. Slip into your swimsuit to take a soothing soak in the bubbly hot tub after challenging the Lumberjack Feud Adventure Park. Sit at the small table for 2 for a romantic outdoor dinner with your spouse. There’s also a charcoal, picnic-style grill for fun cookouts at the cabin.

When you want to head into town or take a walk on the trails, the flat, paved driveway with parking for 4 (2 spots at the bottom and 2 more at the top) and the 0-step entry makes loading and unloading the cars easier.
