A brand-new build in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee — featuring phenomenal views of Cove Mountain and Mt. LeConte — Red Oak Ranch is a stunning 4,500-square-foot space! Pull into the curved driveway and step inside beneath the huge portico to the door, where there is room to park 2 vehicles side by side and space for up to 8 vehicles in all. Luxury starts from the moment you arrive, with beautiful wood and stone details and an entry level that opens up to the loft area with 25-foot ceilings. This 6-bedroom lodge has 6½ bathrooms and space to sleep up to 22 guests.

Tons of windows all around the cabin let in lots of natural light, and there are multiple decks where you can stretch your legs, unwind, and enjoy the views. At night, you’ll have 5 king-size beds (2 king suites on the lower level with Roman tub/showers and a king suite with an oversized shower with 2 heads), 1 twin bunk, 1 full bunk, and 3 queen sleeper sofas for guests. The kitchen on the entry level features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens/stovetops, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 dining room tables, and an island with 6 barstools. After meals, relax in front of the gas fireplace or unwind in the mountain tower with 2 sleeper sofas, chairs with ottomans, and recliners.

When you’re ready to play, head to the lower level that has a game room with Skeeball, arcade basketball, a pool table, and a standup Multicade arcade game. Or head to the loft for foosball and more arcade games! And with a wet bar with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, and microwave, you can easily whip up drinks and snacks while you hang out and play. The basement level outside boasts a great backyard, a soothing hot tub, a gas firepit for late-night chats, glider chairs, and outdoor tables for meals outside. There are also grills for cookouts and a washer/dryer! Enjoy all this while you soak in full mountain views!

Living Room
Walk into your cabin dream come true — with log posts, hardwood floors, multi-toned ceilings, and reaching windows framing heavenly mountain views! It’s finally time to kick back and relax in the living room that invites guests to take a load off on the reclinable sofas. Look over to the incredible mountain scenery or look up to the rustic, industrial pendant lights that add more warmth to the space.

Set your glass on the barrel table while chatting with a friend or deal a deck of cards onto the coffee table. When it’s cooler outside, the stunning gas fireplace is ideal to make things cozier. The stacked stones, log pieces, and mountain motif make the fireplace pop. You can also flip on the big screen TV for more entertainment.

Kitchen
Large groups need double everything in the kitchen, and Red Oak Ranch delivers! All stainless steel, you’ll have 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 2 microwaves, 2 double sinks, and 2 dishwashers. The spacious stone countertops blend seamlessly with the natural wood cabinetry, and lantern pendant lighting adds a touch of charm to the cooking space.

Additionally, the long island features bar seating and plenty of space to set out your breakfast, lunch, or dinner spread. It’s also an ideal location to keep snacks for anyone with the munchies throughout the day. Fully equipped with everything you need (minus ingredients), you can prep and serve delightful meals and spend more quality time with friends and family in the kitchen.

Dining Area
Just off the open-concept kitchen space is the dining area that boasts 2 large tables with cushioned seating. Guests can spread out to the kitchen bar or living room sofas if they wish. Better yet, there’s an outdoor eating area adjacent to the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh mountain air!

The dining tables are also useful for board or card games together, setting up a temporary homeschool station, decorating freshly baked cookies with the kids, or hosting a quick meeting before splitting off for the day’s activities in downtown Pigeon Forge.

Media Tower
Whether you’ve explored Dollywood all day, hiked 10 miles in the national park, or played arcade games for hours at the cabin, the media tower is a great place to retreat for a while. Think of this space like an enclosed treehouse with breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains and treetops through the many windows.

Sofas, armchairs, and ottomans invite YOU to hang out with family and friends while chatting, sipping Ole Smoky Moonshine, and enjoying the incredible views at your Pigeon Forge large group cabin. Bonus: this space features a big screen TV and DVD player so you can host epic movie nights in the Smoky Mountains!

Rec Room + Game Loft
Yahoo for games galore! This large group cabin in Pigeon Forge boasts a fun rec room plus a game loft. In the rec room, play pool into the night or shoot hoops, roll Skee balls, and challenge the highest Galaga scores in the mini-arcade with full-size commercial units. Yes, there’s a ceiling fan to stay cool.

Along with games, you can whip up cocktails or whip up snacks at the wet bar that features a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink. There’s also another big screen TV, a plump sofa, and views of the beautiful mountains!

In the loft, leave the foosball field a hero or go head-to-head in an arcade battle on the tabletop unit. For more relaxed gaming, set up a board or card game at the table in this space. Enjoy entertainment on the big screen TV while you play. This game space also rocks those majestic mountain views you crave!

At Red Oak Ranch, there are 6 bedrooms — each with a TV and some with balcony access. There are 5 king bedrooms and 1 bunk room. Sleeping arrangements are split between 5 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bunk, 1 full-size bunk, and sleeper sofas (in the rec room and media tower).

Outdoor Spaces
Outdoors is where you’ll want to be at this large Pigeon Forge cabin rental that sits on 2 acres of land. Stretch your legs or kick around a hackysack in the backyard. Sit around the beautiful stone, gas firepit in the Adirondack chairs while roasting marshmallows for s’mores and laughing about the good times. Gliding chairs line the 3 spacious decks that stretch across 2,300 square feet! Sip local wine or morning coffee with gorgeous views of Cove Mountain and Mt. LeConte.

For memorable cookouts in the Smokies, fire up the charcoal, picnic-style grill and toss on burgers and veggies. You can enjoy your grilled breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the outdoor table just off the kitchen and dining space. To relax, slip into your swimsuit and head for the steamy hot tub with massaging jets, just the place you want to be after walking around The Island for a while.

With room for a trailer and parking for 8+, you’ll have plenty of space for all your vehicles so you won’t have to carpool uncomfortably this trip. The driveway is paved and steep, so come prepared. Best of all, there’s a portico at the front entrance and only 3 steps to enter the home, making unpacking and reloading the cars a breeze.

Other Amenities
Along with the many entertaining options at the cabin, you can tap into the free high speed Wi-Fi to stay connected and toss loads into the washer/dryer as needed. There’s also a community fishing pond where you can cast a line and let your worries wash away.

Local Fun
On top of all the fun at the cabin, plan to pop into downtown Pigeon Forge for a spell to get a feel for the Appalachian culture. Stop by The Old Mill Square to watch a blacksmith at work, shop for souvenirs and gifts at many boutiques, eat at all the pancake houses, attend Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction one night, see Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, and dare to ride the Mountain Monster!

Don’t forget to check out even more rides, museums, the aquarium, craft stores, candy shops, and yummy eateries in neighboring Gatlinburg and Sevierville, too! Plus, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is free to the public and welcomes YOU to enjoy the great outdoors and reconnect with nature on another level — there’s fishing, hiking, horseback riding, picnicking, and scenic drives!

Reviews for Red Oak Ranch

  • "We stayed here for one week with a party of 16. This cabin was fantastic! It’s beautifully built and decorated, has plenty of space to spread out, a very well stocked kitchen (complete with TWO refrigerators, TWO sinks and TWO dishwashers), a ton of multilevel deck space, an awesome fire pit area, 2 really fun game rooms, and superb views. The location is great as well, providing easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would (and will) absolutely stay here again!"

  • "Red Oak Ranch is a fantastic cabin! It is spacious, thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and boasts phenomenal views from its plethora of outdoor deck space. We stayed here with a party of 16 for one week, and never felt short on space. We appreciated the ‘2 of… ’ in the large kitchen — 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, etc. The fire pit area is gorgeous and the game room was a huge hit. The physical location of this cabin was perfect for us, as we wished to be somewhat close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but not too close (traffic!). We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would absolutely stay again!"

  • "We have used Cabins for you for the past 10 years on all our mountain vacations! Just returned from staying in the new Red Oak Ranch cabin and it was beautiful! Beautiful views, plenty of room, great balconies, and plenty of parking for large families!"

  • "The cabins were more than we expected. Great services, great cabins, and great customer response time. They were very helpful making our stay the best for my family. The Red Oak Ranch and the Only TennISee are great cabins for middle to large families. I had both and they were great."

  • "Beautiful huge place, sweeping mountain view’s, double kitchen appliances, easy gas firepit out back. 3 deck levels for everyone to enjoy and the bedrooms worked out for our group of 15 from ages 3 months-63. Arcade games and pool table entertained us all and we loved cooking together and eating at the double dining tables. The location is nestled in the mountain top, but close to town."

  • "Great stay for a family reunion of 18 people. The 4 kids in the group had a blast on all the games. Great location about 10 min to a convenience store and 20 min to the main parkway and Pigeon Forge attractions, Walmart, etc. Owner was fantastic, checked in frequently, and was quick to resolve an issue we had with the water. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a setting for a large group!"

  • "What an awesome place to stay. The view is one of the best i have had in a cabin. The cabin itself is not super far from the hustle and bustle of Pigion Forge but yet far enough away that you have the peace and quiet you look for. The host is awesome checks to make sure everything is good with your stay. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend the cabin!!!"

  • "Wow! Wow! Wow! Such an incredible cabin. We truly hope to make this a bi-annual trip. This was for our shared bachelor and bachelorette party. We do not drink alcohol so this cabin was PERFECT for us as it offered SO MUCH for us to do as a group. We loved the arcade games! The hot tub was perfect too. This trip exceeded our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

  • "Really enjoyed our stay at the Red Oak Ranch. Cabin was super easy to get to and located close to all the fun but far enough to be nice and private. Had a big group stay and everyone had room and a place to sleep. The bathrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge with 2 microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers so cooking and cleanup was very easy. The multiple multi-cade games were fun as well as the basketball, skeeball, and football table. The hot tub was also nice and secluded. The outside of the cabin and the view were gorgeous, driveway is a little steep but completely manageable. We had plenty of parking for 9 cars which was wonderful. The host was very responsive as well. There was also a nice gift basket waiting for when we got there at check in. Overall I was extremely pleased and would definitely stay again."

  • "This cabin is truly outstanding. It was used for a bridal party and all the amenities were amazing and they made wonderful memories there. The hosts personalized the stay by including a gift basket with snacks and coffee mugs! Really made the bride and groom feel special. Would highly recommend this one of a kind place for larger groups. You don’t even have to leave with a game room including arcade games, hot tub, fire pit, and theater room. Thanks again!!"

  • "The cabin was as big and amazing as the pictures show. Everything was very neat and clean and so much room in the beds/bedrooms for a large group. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub in the back as well as the game room on the bottom floor. Michael was a great host and was very communicative with any questions or problems we were having and responds very quickly to texts/calls. I’d highly recommend this cabin to anybody with a large group looking for a very nice cabin with an amazing view of the mountains."

  • "Red Oak Ranch is hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet. The host communicated with me before/through out/and after our stay! The House and views were absolutely beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice."

  • "Red Oak Ranch was everything my family and friends could have imagined. The pictures don’t do the home or the views justice! The home has character, mountain class and everything you’ll need for your family and more! The owners are responsive and have provided all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one. We’ll be back!"

  • "Just WOW..we have stayed in many cabins in the Smokey’s and Red Oak Ranch is our new favorite. Cabin is located in a peaceful setting on the top of mountain with unbelievable panoramic views of the smokies. Arcade games, fire pit and pool table were a big hit for us 50+ age group. Spacious kitchen with plenty of room for 5 cooks and equipped with nice pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Everyone enjoyed their own king size bedroom and bath. This cabin has to many great things to list, book now you will not be disappointed."

  • "We had an amazing experience at Red Oak Ranch. Our family of 20 slept very comfortably and the place did not feel crowded. The kids loved the multiple game rooms and hot tub. We loved gathering around the fire pit at night to enjoy the sun setting while roasting marshmallows. We visited the Soakey city water park and Dollywood which were both in close proximity to the cabin. Seeing a family of bears on the road that lead to the cabin was a great memory. The Wi-Fi was super fast and easy to connect to. This was important to us as we utilized the quiet areas of the cabin to work remotely during our stay. The Hosts are very responsive if you have any questions concerns at just need advice on a good place to eat. I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a beautiful place place to make some memories and let your stress melt away!"

  • "Excellent place with fantastic views and great customer service from the owners. Very beautiful and spacious cabin."

  • "This house was absolutely incredible!! The photos don’t do it justice at all. If you like two of everything this place is for you. Our kids loved it along with both sets of parents. Sit on one of three porches and take in all that is the “Smoky Mountains”. We will absolutely attempt to rent this place again. If it’s available book it immediately, you won’t regret it!"

  • "From reservation to checkout…incredible. The home is breathtaking, then the views take it over the top. Would suggest this home again and again!"
