When everyone’s ready for bed, peel off into 3 king suites — each with a flatscreen TV, private balcony with seating area, and a full bathroom with jetted tub. There are also 2 queen sleepers and a futon in the home for extra sleeping space. Additionally, this pet-friendly cabin welcomes your fur babies and offers free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a charcoal, picnic-style grill for your comfort and convenience.

Living Room
Enter the inviting living room and say wow to the gorgeous views showcased through the massive windows. Hardwood floors, extra high ceilings, a beautiful stacked stone (gas) fireplace, a plush area rug, and comfy seating combine to give you a cozy space to unwind. Enjoy a glass of wine on the love seat next to a dancing fire, pop on a little entertainment on the big screen TV, and set out a board game from home on the coffee table for a bit of fun with the kids and kids at heart.

The sofa even doubles as a queen sleeper, and there’s a futon just under the stairs for extra guests. Or the kiddos can have a fun sleepover!

Kitchen
With an open concept throughout the home, the kitchen keeps everyone connected mere steps from the living area. Spacious granite countertops, a huge refrigerator, sleek appliances (including a handy dishwasher), light cabinetry, and a double sink create a great space to prepare meals and store snacks. From hot breakfasts and lavish lunches to robust dinners and midnight snacks, this kitchen is more than ready! And the large island is the perfect place to set out dishes for seconds and even offers bar seating for 4.

Dining Room
Featuring an Aspen log dining table with matching benches that can seat 8-12 people plus beautiful views through the nearby windows, the dining area is a prime space not only for meals but also for gathering for a chat, journaling, checking emails, or coloring with the little ones. And don’t forget the 4 additional bar stools in the kitchen plus living room seating for extra space.

Rec Loft
Head upstairs to the rec loft, which features a Shaw floor, to play and chill with your family and best pals. Teach your teens to play pool like a pro on the beautifully stylish log pool table, skillfully defeat your air hockey foes, and beat the highest scores on the Multicade with classics like Pac-Man, Frogger, Galaga, and many more! Theater-style seating with drink holders plus a comfy sofa (doubles as a sleeper) give everyone a cozy place to enjoy films, and the plush carpet is perfect for kiddos that want to sprawl out on a few pillows. And there’s even an Xbox One console with provided games so the gamers in your group can enter another world, challenge enemies, and win!

Bedrooms
When everyone’s ready to drift to dreamland, 3 suites offer a cozy place to unwind — each with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, a flatscreen TV, plush carpet, and a private balcony with seating and lovely views of nature! Enjoy a spa bath with lavender-scented candles, tranquil tunes, and bubbles before slipping into the king sheets and watching a little entertainment or reading a few chapters in the latest volume of your favorite novel series. And when you awake, pull back the curtains and sip a cup of morning joe with the Great Smoky Mountains.

Don’t forget the vacation home’s 2 queen sleeper sofas and futon for extra sleeping space plus 2 half baths for everyone’s convenience.

Outdoor Spaces
Only 3 steps up to the cabin from the paved driveway with parking for 4 (road to the cabin is gravel), unpacking and loading the cars won’t be a hassle. Plus, you’ll be greeted by adorable black bear statues in the garden upon entry to this private home. Eager for a cabin cookout? Fire up the charcoal, picnic-style grill for burgers, hot dogs, steaks, or veggie kabobs! When coffee is steaming and the Smokies are singing, enjoy a sway in the rocking chairs and soak in the phenomenal mountain views with your pups by your side.

The carefully selected deck railing provides a better view, and the outdoor furniture is beckoning. On cooler eves, slip into your swimsuit and relax in the bubbly hot tub. And when you need a little privacy, head to your suite’s private balcony!

Community Things to Know 
Mountains, Movies & More is part of the Mountain Shangrila community, which was purchased by a local developer in 2019. We are excited about the developer’s current and future improvements to the community landscaping, signage, and roads. With these improvements, construction may occur on other lots during normal business hours when guests typically enjoy the national park and numerous other area attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Construction has been completed on all nearby cabins, and the only current or future construction is at the back of the cabin's neighborhood and has not produced any noise complaints from recent guests. The exterior, deck, and drone photos were taken in May 2022 after the nearby construction was completed, so they are an accurate portrayal of the views from the cabin. Importantly, Mountains, Movies, and More is perched on a small hill with good mountain views remaining unobstructed by existing and future home construction.
