After thrilling adventures ziplining, horseback riding, on helicopter tours, hiking, or riding coasters, it's time to unwind and relax at Lazy Bear Lodge — a comfortable, fun, and convenient 5-bedroom cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN! Sleeping up to 18 people, this spacious, newly designed and decorated home with 4 full and 1 half bathrooms is great for family vacations, couples’ retreats, special occasions, group gatherings, and weekends with friends.
Throughout the cabin, you’ll find plenty of inviting spaces to rest after busy days exploring the Smokies and fun activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Unwind among 4 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 3 twin bunk beds (6 total twins), and a queen-size sleeper sofa. When you want to hang out, there are so many options — with 3 living areas across the 2 floors!
The remodeled and open living room is the perfect gathering space, with cool leather sofas, a flatscreen TV, an electric (heated) fireplace for cool mountain nights, and a cozy atmosphere. The new upstairs media/game room boasts theater seating for the new 70-inch ultra-high-definition TV with Blu-ray player, a competition foosball table, a twin bunk, a fridge for drinks, a sleeper sofa, and full bath access — the ultimate sleepover spot and play area. The first-floor rec room features a pool table, 60-game arcade, another new 70-inch ultra-high-definition TV, and another twin bunk!
New features throughout the cabin elevate the space, including updated bathrooms; an updated kitchen with a new island, lighting, and open floorplan; new flooring in the bathrooms and rec rooms; new bedroom furniture; all log bedroom furniture; new décor throughout the home; and ample outside space for socializing! The beautiful kitchen is well equipped, and there is a comfortable interior dining space for up to 22 guests.
Outside, a large hot tub waits for soothing soaks after long days, log rocking chairs are the perfect spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails, wooded surroundings are peaceful and serene, and 2 (charcoal and gas) grills are perfect for mountain cookouts. Add a full laundry area, high-speed wireless internet, easy roads to the cabin, and driveway parking for 4 cars (plus overflow parking), and you have everything you need for a fantastic stay in the Great Smoky Mountains — at Lazy Bear Lodge.
Living Room Remodeled and open, the living space at Lazy Bear Lodge allows the guests to stay engaged and involved from the kitchen, through the dining area, and into the living room to make sure no one is isolated or missing any of the action. In the welcoming living room, take a rest on the sofas with your feet relaxed on the ottoman. Flip on the big screen TV for a little entertainment during the day and switch on the electric (heated) fireplace to make the space extra cozy on chilly nights. Gather everyone for a group chat about the day’s activities in town or spend a little quality time with your bestie and a glass of wine. On hot days, the ceiling fan plus a pitcher of lemonade will be your best friends. This space is also great for catching up on your favorite novel series, with reading lamps and plushy pillows to venture to your fantasy world in comfort.
Kitchen Featuring stainless steel appliances and a large island with tons of counter space and bar seating for 8, the large kitchen at Lazy Bear Lodge will be a staple throughout your stay. With an open concept and recessed lighting, this updated space is bright and inviting, ready for preparing hot breakfasts, lavish lunches, delicious dinners, and midnight munchies! Store fresh ingredients in the fridge, fix savory courses on the stove, bake sweet treats in the oven, pop buttery delights in the microwave, and let the dishwasher clean up the mess!
Dining Area Just off the kitchen awaits the dining area with a complimenting chandelier and a large wooden table plus matching chairs and benches that look as if Mother Nature herself carved them. Add the kitchen’s bar seating, and 20+ guests can comfortably dine together here. And when mealtimes are over, use the space for arts and crafts, coloring time, journal entries, or browsing online. There are also lots of board and card games suitable for all ages to play at the cabin that you can whip out here for a game tournament of champions!
Rec Rooms When you stay at Lazy Bear Lodge, you’ll have not 1…but 2 rec rooms (with new flooring) to enjoy with family and friends! On the entry level, play rousing rounds of pool and take down the highest arcade scores on the 60-game unit. While waiting for your next turn, chill on the sofa and watch a comedy on the 70-inch ultra HD big screen TV! And if you’re looking for something a little more relaxed, head to the poker table behind the living room seating nearby. You’ll also find a twin bunk (with full bath access) here for the kiddos to keep playing past bedtime and pass out in comfort.
On the second floor, watch Blu-rays and DVDs in the media space on the 70-inch ultra HD big screen TV — yep, there are 2 in the home! Grab a soda from the mini fridge, plop on the couch or theater-style seating (with drink holders), and press play. If you’re in a gaming mood, enter the foosball battlefield with pride or open a deck of cards from home at the pub table for 2. There’s even a twin bunk and sleeper sofa here, perfect for the youngsters who are ready to play all night! No doubt, there’s no shortage of entertainment at Lazy Bear Lodge!
Bedrooms Get ready to head to dreamland at Lazy Bear Lodge. There are 5 bedrooms total — each with a mounted flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and new log furniture! You’ll find a mix of 4 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, and 3 twin bunks. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, bringing the sleep count to 18. Updated bathrooms with new flooring add to the conveniences at the cabin. Bathrooms in the cabin include 2 private en-suites, 1 shared half bath (connected to 2 rooms), 1 full bathroom in the laundry room, and 1 en-suite accessed through the theater room. There’s even an indoor jetted tub for spa baths with scented candles and tranquil tunes anytime!
Outdoor Spaces Enjoy the great outdoors at Lazy Bear Lodge, chilling in the large bubbly hot tub, sitting in the rocking chairs for a rest, and dining at the picnic table. Lazy Bear Lodge also boasts a picnic-style charcoal grill and a gas grill on the deck, so you’ll have your pick of cooking styles on those perfect mountain days. Plus, the valley and woodsy views really enhance the experience, bringing you and your guests closer to nature.
And when you’re ready to hit the road and play in town, easily head down the ramp to the paved driveway for up to 4 vehicles. There’s also an overflow parking area, which has room for 4-6 cars and can accommodate large vehicles, even buses. Note the roads to the cabin are very accessible with minimal hills and turns to make the journey easy for all!

Our basic Property Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and provides $1,500 in protection. Enhanced Property Protection (EPP) increases your limits and may offer an extension to your cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 5 months of stay
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 2 months of stay
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
1 trash bag per container
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
Put trash in proper containers
Clean used dishes
Clean any large messes made during stay
Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
During an independent*, mostly accurate poll, it was found that black bears believe the purchase of property protection is necessary to ensure a stress-free vacation!
