Location: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Area: Bear Creek Crossing Resort
With entertaining indoor and outdoor amenities, this Pigeon Forge abode with a traditional log look will make you fall in love with the cabin lifestyle. From watching movies on the big screen TV and playing arcade games until dawn to sipping morning coffee with a mountain view and relaxing in the open-air hot tub — It’s a Wonderful Life! Sleeping up to 12 guests, this 3-floor, 4-bedroom, 4 ½-bathroom motorcycle-friendly cabin in the Smokies was made for cherished memories with family and friends.
Living Room
Step into the inviting living space just off the front door — complete with a comfy queen sleeper sofa and 3 armchairs. Pop a fantasy favorite in the DVD player and watch the story unfold on the big screen TV, play a few rounds with your prized poker set on the round table with 4 matching chairs, and enjoy family chats with a nice drink and a beautiful fire in the electric fireplace. On summer days, continue to enjoy the lovely views of nature from the large windows while the ceiling fan keeps everyone cool.
Kitchen
Venture to the kitchen for homemade meals, restaurant leftovers, midnight snacks, and cool drinks. Fully equipped with essential appliances, pots and pans, coffee mugs, silverware, dishware, and more, this kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze. For breakfast, make fried eggs on the electric griddle and toast in the toaster to go with your Colombian blend from the coffeemaker. Whip up something fresh from the fridge for lunch, and take dinner up a notch with your great grandmother’s secret recipe on the stove or in the oven. At the end of the evening feast, start the dishwasher before heading to town to check out the Pigeon Forge nightlife, or head to Gatlinburg to take on the Mysterious Mansion — we double dare you!
Dining Area
Serving meals won’t be a hassle at this Smoky Mountain cabin, as the dining area is conveniently located right off the kitchen. Chow down on scrumptious suppers at the large wooden table for 8 — cushioned chairs and all! As a fun dinner activity, encourage each person around the table to share their favorite part of the vacation thus far. Pro tip: get the teens involved by asking to see photos and videos they’ve gathered throughout the day; their phones are always close by...
Rec Room
Featuring a rec room of dreams, boredom will be a thing of the past! Wipe out the high scores on the arcade unit (60 classic games to choose from), or show your buds who’s boss at pool. After the pajamas are on and the popcorn is popped (in the rec room kitchenette), have a seat on the queen sleeper sofa, armchair, or 4 theater seats for an epic movie night on the big screen TV! Can’t decide on a film? Take inspiration from the wall posters nearby — modern Disney features, Harry Potter flicks, and the Star Wars saga are great places to start! When the kids have gone to bed, set out a few cocktails on the table, get a fire going in the fireplace, and catch up on the latest gossip.
Bedrooms
Located on the second floor, the primary suite boasts a fireplace, an open bathtub — with massaging jets — and a his-and-hers vanity and walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. After a bubble bath in the jetted tub, watch a romantic comedy on the flatscreen TV while cuddling in the king-size bed with your spouse. Though the primary suite may have its own jetted tub and a Blu-ray player, the 3 other bedrooms in this home come well equipped with a flatscreen TV (with antenna for digital TV), en-suite bathroom, wall mirror, and a king-size bed! Enjoy a relaxing, hot shower and a good laugh at a classic sitcom before heading to a dream world each night.
Outdoor Spaces
With convenience in mind, this Smoky Mountain home features 5 paved parking spaces (motorcycle friendly). Spend time with the family on the spacious decks by throwing a barbecue with the gas grill — there’s even a picnic table nearby to keep the glorious mountain views close. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub in the evenings and relax with herbal tea in the rocking chairs or porch swings in the mornings. Worried about the little ones escaping from the entry-level deck? The main deck has been enclosed to offer an extra safety measure while you play outside with the littles!

As part of the Bear Creek Crossing community, It’s a Wonderful Life provides free access to both an indoor and outdoor pool! As a bonus, this cabin comes with a washer and dryer and even an ironing board, providing the option to pack light. Need to keep up with emails or social media accounts? "Overall the cabin was clean and beautiful and our party of 10 enjoyed our stay. It’s only about a 15 minute drive to Sevierville from the cabin. The directions were confusing at first because it said take the entrance to Bear Creek Resort, but the street sign says Beaver Crossing. There is quite a steep incline before reaching the cabin. There is plenty of room for parking, just hold onto your vehicle door when opening it because gravity takes over if you don’t. The cabin had plenty of room for our three families and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The only issue we had was there were only about 5 bath cloths left for our family of 10 for a 4 night stay. And only 1 roll of tissue in each bathroom. I did not call and ask for more. We just washed laundry every night. I’m not sure if they would have supplied more bath cloths if I had called about it. Check in and out was easy and could all be done from your phone. The cabin was clean and we all had plenty of room . The upstairs bedroom is perfect for families with small children. Be aware that the cabins in the resort are very close to each other, but we didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbors while we were there. The cabins are on city water also, so no worries about that sulfur smell you can sometimes encounter when renting cabins. I would recommend this cabin to others. There are no baby gates so if you have little ones you may want to pack one or two because of the stairs."

"Cabin was great, good views of surrounding mountains. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for everybody. The game/media room was awesome. Spent a lot of time down there. Master bedroom was huge, with a bathroom to match. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here as a family of 5 and really loved the cabin! The views off the back deck are stunning! The cabin is located on a place where it is quiet, but you can get to the heart of town with just a quick few minute ride. Everything was clean, and the beds were really comfortable and cozy! Will certainly stay here again!"

"This was our 1st Annual Adult Cabin trip and I must say that is was more beautiful in person than on the pictures. When we first got here it was breathtaking the cabin was clean and ready for us when we got there. Everyone loved their room, the parking was great and the neighbors were great. We were pleased with the things that were in the cabin and we will be returning back."

"Nice cabin, great location!"
"The 5 is a bit high but the people at Cabinsforyou are so easy to deal with. Also this review is for Its a Wonderful Life at the Bear Creek Crossing Resort. And better than 4. Really nice cabin with a few minor issues. 6 of us there for an anniversary celebration. We all really liked it. Plenty of room with some nice amenities. Pool table, arcade machine and hot tub. 4 bedrooms so it worked out very well. A TV in each bedroom if that is an issue for you. Also about a 55 inch in the great room. The game room had an Xbox 1 as well as a DVD player. All in all a pretty darn nice place for a week."
"Great family adventure, we cannot wait until spring so we can go back"
"We loved the cabin so much space and clean. The community pool was nice and warm. Such a beautiful waterfall by the miniature golf area."
"The cabin was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely do it again."
