This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home can sleep up to 4 guests and is outfitted with the comforts of home – plus fun extras to make your stay one to remember. It’s also close to the fun of the area, including great restaurants, unique attractions, nice shops, dinner shows, and more. Across 2 levels, find 1,400 square feet of space – with a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, king bedrooms, lots of amenities, and 2 lovely decks overlooking partial mountain views.
The open-concept living room features beautiful floors, cool colors, and plush sofas. Cozy up on cool mountain evenings and turn on the big screen TV. Start the day here with a cup of coffee before the rest of the group is up or gather here to unwind with family and friends. And the full kitchen is nearby, so you can easily grab snacks. In the kitchen, find stainless steel appliances, dishes, cooking tools, and more.
The bedrooms have custom furniture, king-size beds, flatscreen TV, and en-suite baths. In the master, enjoy a chat or take a bath in the jetted tub. Or you can step onto the deck and soak in the hot tub!
Outside, soak in the hot tub overlooking the trees and peeks of the mountains, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or take a plate outside and enjoy the fresh air while you eat. The home also has Wi-Fi and access to the Chalet Village amenities! Swim in the pools, play games in the clubhouses, or play tennis on the tennis courts here.
Living Room
The cozy living room welcomes you in at Heaven’s Edge. It has nice flooring, stylish furnishings, a coffee table for snacks, and a big screen TV. There’s plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax, including a coveted recliner. It’s a nice spot to pop open a novel for a great read in the evenings. And with a ceiling fan overhead, keeping cool in summer is effortless here.
Kitchen
The nearby kitchen is fully equipped with stylish cabinetry and hardware, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a sink with a window, and plenty of counter space to prep and serve dishes. Keep restaurant leftovers in the fridge, whip up homemade meals on the stove, bake chocolate chip cookies in the oven, brew endless pots of joe (or a single cup for yourself), and make corn pop in the microwave for a midnight snack.
Dining Area
The dining area includes 4 stools at the breakfast bar, so you can chat with the chef as they prepare meals. Or take your plate to the living room nearby to eat while you watch TV. Love a meal outside? You’ll have your pick of tables outside as well! The breakfast bar is also great for opening a laptop for a bit, reading the news, or writing your next blog entry.
Bedrooms
At the end of the day, guests will appreciate the bedrooms in Heaven’s Edge. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom, along with bedside lamps and a cozy atmosphere. The primary suite offers plenty of space, a jetted tub for relaxing baths, and easy access to the deck where the bubbling hot tub is located!
Outdoor Spaces
Heaven’s Edge offers some nice outdoor spaces for guests to unwind. Have a meal at an outdoor table, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or climb into the hot tub to soothe tired muscles. Tree-studded views are peaceful and relaxing, and there are peeks of the mountains (seasonally – winter is best) as well. Parking includes a flat, paved area with space for 2 vehicles.

Davy Crockett’s Breakfast Camp
Established in 1840, this delectable eatery boasts timeless tastes from the past that are sure to leave you wanting more. Try the Cherokee sweet corn pone with eggs, buttered wheat berry toast, freshly made cathead biscuits with fruit preserves, their signature corned beef hash, and fried cinnamon rolls.
The Village Shops
Set in a European-style village, these shops were made to please the senses. A beautiful stone fountain rests at the center with lush plant life and brick paths all around and stunning architecture that houses 27 charming shops to peruse that include Celtic wares, spices and teas, little cafes, hand-thrown pottery, moccasins, and oh-so-much more!
Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area & Amusement Park
A classic Gatlinburg attraction, Ober is highly recommended to tourists and locals alike. It has the first ski lodge in Tennessee, a scenic ride to the mountaintop, plus shops, eateries, and tons of fun things to do, like ice skating year-round, visiting the wildlife encounter, sliding down the mountain, playing in the kiddie area, and bumping ice cars!

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What is Trip Insurance?

What is Property Protection?
Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.
- $54 = $1500 in coverage / No security deposit
- $84 = $2000 in coverage / No security deposit
- $114 = $2500 in coverage / No security deposit
What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What about discounts for area attractions?

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
