Location: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Area: The Summit on Bluff Mountain
Located in The Summit on Bluff Mountain resort, Hallmark Splash boasts unbelievable mountain views: southern "full on" views of Mt. LeConte and Clingmans Dome and western views with jaw-dropping sunsets. And a private indoor pool is coming to this custom-built mountain lodge in 2020! With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and over 2,000 square feet of covered decks where you can enjoy the incredible views — and soak in 2 hot tubs — this beautiful Pigeon Forge cabin is a great group retreat for up to 22 guests. The entire house is newly decorated by a professional decorator in a "rustic chic" style that brings contemporary design to a rustic mountain lodge!
A mix of beds — 4 king-size beds, 6 twin-over-twin bunks, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and a baby bed — makes it easy to sleep whatever group you’re traveling with. Throughout the cabin, you’ll find the amenities and extras you need for a fantastic getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains! The master bedroom has its own private porch with a sitting area and a couple's size hot tub with outdoor TV — the perfect getaway within your getaway!
Peaceful mountain views await, and some great outdoor spaces include an outdoor firepit for s’mores and stories, a hot tub for soothing muscles, a gas grill for cookouts on nice nights, a paved driveway for easy arrivals, and that fresh mountain air you’ve been craving. The cabin also boasts plenty of fun, including air hockey, foosball, a pool table, and arcade games!
When you’re hanging out around the cabin, spread out in the huge great room with windows galore to showcase the amazing views, relax in front of the gas fireplace, flip on the big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, and take advantage of amenities like TVs in all the bedrooms, rocking chairs, a washer/dryer, and wireless high-speed internet. And when the tummies start rumbling, create delicious meals in the huge, well equipped kitchen at Hallmark Splash!
Walk into total relaxation and comfort as you enter the living room, featuring calming gray undertones, luxury sofas and armchairs, a gorgeous stacked-stone (gas) fireplace reaching towards the sky-high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and large windows framing expansive views of the rolling Smokies. Unwind with your loved ones cuddled on the couches and chairs, Blu-rays or DVDs on the big screen TV, and savory snacks and refreshing drinks on the coffee table. Set the mountain mood with a toasty fire, a favorite novel, and a glass of wine in the evenings. And when morning approaches, chill with a cup of joe as you gaze upon views beyond belief when the sun rises over the majestic mountain peaks.
Follow the open concept into the huge kitchen nearby with a complementing royal blue, dark granite countertops, and custom cabinetry — filled with the tools you’ll need to whip up fantastic feasts at Hallmark Splash! Store snacks in the walk-in pantry, load the fridge with fresh ingredients, rinse veggies in the double porcelain sink, simmer dinner on the gas stovetop, bake treats in the oven, and let the dishwasher clean up the mess. There’s even an island with extra counter space plus another sink and a breakfast bar, perfect for feeding and keeping an eye on the young ones. Oh, and let’s not forget the chefs in your group will be pleased to see the lovely mountains streaming through the windows while they prepare meals!
Just off the kitchen and living room awaits the dining area with a large modern table boasting cushioned chairs and bench seating for 10 plus a lantern-themed chandelier overhead. Combined with the breakfast bar and living room seating, everyone will have a comfortable place to dine and chat at mealtimes — with stunning mountain views to boot! And when the surprise dessert disappears, clear the table for a card or board game brought from home. This versatile space can also be used to check emails (over the complimentary Wi-Fi), journal your hiking adventures, or set out arts and crafts for the kiddos.
Ready to play? Shoot pool while sipping mixed drinks prepared at the wet bar, featuring an ice maker, sink, and mini fridge, in the fun rec room! There’s even a mounted flatscreen TV for further entertainment and, of course, more incredible mountain views from the windows! Head to the kids’ — and kids at heart — zone (aka a bunk room with a media space) where you can watch DVDs and Blu-rays on the 75-inch big screen TV with a booming Bluetooth sound system and play air hockey and foosball. Looking to beat all the high scores? Tackle the fun mix of arcade games in the arcade room!
Ah, after playing all day at the cabin, it’s time for a restful night’s sleep in the 6 cozy bedrooms — each with a flatscreen TV! On the entry level, find 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin bunks. Down on the lower level awaits a bedroom with a king-size bed, another with 2 twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa.
On the second floor, enter the fabulous master suite with a custom built-in entertainment center, another featured stacked-stone (gas) fireplace, plus a high-end bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and a huge walk-in stone shower. Best of all, you’ll have direct access to a private covered deck with a luxurious couple’s hot tub and more mountain views! There’s also an attached kids’ bedroom with 2 twin bunks and a baby bed, making this space an ideal family suite. There are also 5 full bathrooms in the home, meaning everyone can stay together in convenience and comfort and get ready for bed or to paint the town red without rushing.
Arrive at Hallmark Splash — a storybook mountain lodge featuring 2,000 square feet of covered decks, a professionally landscaped yard, and phenomenal views of the Great Smoky Mountains! Be it summer, fall, winter, or spring, the mountain views will blow your mind; you can even see Mt. LeConte and Clingmans Dome nestled in the national park. And the sunsets here are second to none — with colorful hues covering the evening sky and cascading across the mountaintops!
Relax on the luxury composite outdoor furniture, including sofas, chairs, swings, and dining. Fire up the gas grill for cabin cookouts with the whole gang. Sway away your worries and cares in the rocking chairs as you soak in the enchanting Smoky Mountain views. Sip lemonade and chat with friends at the cushioned seating areas on warmer days and swap ghost stories and make s’mores around the gas firepit on cooler nights. And slip into your swimsuit for a dip in the large hot tub on the lower level or opt for more privacy in the master suite’s private hot tub, perfect for a couple, on the second floor — both offer picturesque views of the Smokies!
With a paved driveway (slight incline) with parking for 6 vehicles (including room for a trailer), your group can travel in comfort to this semi-private mountain abode. And as there are only 3 steps to enter the home, unloading and packing the cars won’t be a hassle!
