A lovely Gatlinburg condo for getaways in the Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg Chateau 407 is homey, comfortable, and convenient to the area’s best attractions, restaurants, and shops. Stay minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg, enjoy beautiful mountain views, take advantage of community amenities, and come back to the condo to relax and unwind between excursions.

Located on the 4th floor of the Gatlinburg Chateau condos, Gatlinburg Chateau 407 offers a private balcony where you can sip coffee to start your day. It has a small table with chairs, so you can soak in the tree-lined views while getting some fresh air and planning out the day’s fun. Then step inside to whip up breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen in the condo. You will have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 4 guests at the condo. 

As you relax in the living room, flip on the TV – with cable/satellite – cozy up by the fireplace, take advantage of Wi-Fi, and enjoy quality time together. Community amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub for those warmer months (open May to October), a laundry facility, and free parking at the condos. Plus, this condo is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and trolley routes, making it easy to explore the area! 


Living Room
With downtown Gatlinburg within walking distance of Gatlinburg Chateau 407, you can easily grab a bite to eat, do some shopping, or play at area attractions – and then come back to hang out between fun. The living room has a plush sofa and armchair, so you can kick back and watch some TV here. Tabletop lamps also make it the perfect spot for reading while you unwind. On nice days, open the deck door and get some fresh air on a relaxing afternoon. 

Kids can hang out here while adults enjoy a drink on the balcony, make a meal in the kitchen, or read and relax in the bedroom. At night, have a movie night together as you cuddle up in front of the fireplace. 


Kitchen
Gatlinburg Chateau 407 offers a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook any meals or snacks you want in the condo. Bake some cookies in the oven or make breakfast on the stove, start your day with a cup of coffee or tea with the coffeemaker, whip up a smoothie with the blender, or pop a bagel in the toaster for a quick breakfast before a hike. 

The kitchen is outfitted with cookware, dishes, and utensils, so it will be easy to make and enjoy meals here. You will even have a dishwasher for easy cleanup! After you cook, sit down at the dining table to chat and eat. Or clear the table to play board games!


Bedrooms
With 2 bedrooms in the condo, you’ll have space to sleep 4 guests total. After a day splashing at the community pool, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, riding roller coasters at Dollywood, having fun at Anakeesta, or visiting shops in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, the bedrooms here will be welcome retreats. 

Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, along with a nightstand and tabletop lamp for late-night reading. Get a good night’s rest here before spending another fun day in the Smokies! The bathrooms also offer conveniences like a hairdryer, towels, and some starter soap. 


Other Amenities
Gatlinburg Chateau 407 is outfitted with lots of amenities to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Feel right at home as you unwind in front of the gas fireplace, surf the web via the Wi-Fi in the condo, stay cool with AC in summer, and keep warm with heat in winter. An elevator makes getting up to your condo easier, and there is even free parking! 

And don’t forget about the perks of staying in a condo: access to a community pool! Kids will especially love this outdoor amenity when the summer months hit. The pool boasts beautiful views and seating all around, so you can really enjoy a fun pool day. There is even a hot tub for those soaks after long days.

You can go hiking, horseback riding, picnicking, fishing, and so much more here! Check out historic homes and churches, take a scenic drive through Cades Cove, and learn about the history of the area.

Unbeatable views are waiting at the top of this fun park in Gatlinburg! Take the chondola ride up to explore Vista Gardens, nosh on Southern BBQ, zip along the Rail Runner Mountain Coaster, fly through the trees on the ziplines, and soak in stunning mountain views.


Community pool and hot tub access are provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins for YOU is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool and hot tub are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
