Newly renovated with spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains and the City of Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg Chateau 304 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo rental only minutes from downtown attractions — you can easily walk to town and trolley stops. This inviting and cozy condo has 750 square feet and can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for fun family vacations or relaxing getaways with a few friends. Community amenities include a swimming pool in summer and a bubbly hot tub, plus you’ll have everything you need to relax and recharge at the condo.

Start mornings at Gatlinburg Chateau 304 frying bacon on the stove or whizzing up a protein smoothie before a hike in the nearby national park. The galley-style kitchen is quaint and provides everything you need to cook, store leftovers from restaurants, and grab snacks and drinks throughout your stay. The dining area boasts a small table with a few chairs right next to the living space, so you can sprawl out and enjoy meals with entertainment on the TV if you wish. 

After meals, clear the table for board or card games. If it’s chilly, stay warm by the gas fireplace that pairs well with a good book, a glass of wine, or a best friend. On chilly evenings, light the gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth and sounds of a crackling fire, the perfect complement to a mug of cider or cocoa. The mounted flatscreen TV entertains anytime during your stay, and lamps around the space make it easier to read into the night. The sofa also doubles as a queen-size sleeper and features a memory foam mattress for added comfort.


Kitchen
Galley-style and outfitted with everything you need to prep and serve meals at this Gatlinburg condo, the kitchen offers a convenient space to whip up a bite to eat or reheat leftovers from a restaurant downtown during your vacation. Grabbing ingredients in town and cooking at the condo can help save cash while away. Plus, it’s always nice to have a place to grab some food or drinks in seconds.

Make use of the full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and — yes, there’s a dishwasher! Pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and more are also provided. With a chandelier for extra light and a table with 3 cushioned chairs, the dining area is great for early risers to enjoy coffee together or folks to sit down for a meal. Conveniently, the dining area is right by the kitchen and tucked into the living room, so the sofa and 2 armchairs offer more places to sit and dine together. The table is also great for setting up arts and crafts or coloring for the kids, homeschooling as needed, getting a little work done, or playing board and card games. 


Bedrooms
When you’re ready to head to dreamland, slip away to your bedroom suite — each with a flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom for private use. The main bedroom features a nice king-size bed with side tables and industrial wall lamps plus a large window with Great Smoky Mountain views. There’s also a dresser, a plush armchair, and a floor lamp. You can enjoy a hot shower, then slip into your PJs for a read in the chair before getting cozy under the covers and waking up to majestic mountain views!

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a lovely queen-size bed with nightstands and a reading lamp. There’s also a dresser and a floor lamp to brighten up the space, along with a window overlooking the complex. After a relaxing shower, you can slip under the covers and enjoy a good read or an evening scroll on social media, then snuggle in for a good night’s sleep. Remember there’s also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with a memory foam mattress, for kids or extra guests.

Hiking trails to waterfalls, picnic areas by rivers, fly fishing spots, horseback riding stables, and scenic drives are great starts to an outdoor adventure.
