Gatlinburg Winter Magic Trolley Ride of Lights
One of the most anticipated events of the year, the Trolley Ride of Lights is not to be missed! Enjoy the spectacular holiday light display from the comfort of a climate-controlled Gatlinburg trolley. Gatlinburg’s LED holiday lights showcase the best of the Smokies, including displays of wildlife, forests, snowmen and more. Trolleys depart three times per night now through the end of January.

Winter Magic Tunes and Tales
Story tellers, entertainers, musicians and singers adorn the Gatlinburg Parkway every weekend to spread holiday cheer to all. On Friday and Saturday nights, take a stroll down the sidewalk and enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas quartets, four piece bands, elves and maybe even an appearance by Ms. Claus!

New Year’s Eve Ball Drop and Fireworks Show
Ring in the new year in downtown Gatlinburg and enjoy one of the most beautiful fireworks displays of the year! This 26th annual event is hosted at the base of the famous Gatlinburg Space Needle. At the stroke of midnight, enjoy a fireworks display choreographed with music! Live music and party favors will be enjoyed throughout the evening. Many restaurants in the town are offering New Year’s Eve packages that include a champagne toast and dinner, so check it out before making plans!
