2012 Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament

One of the best times of year to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is during the fall when the leaves begin to change and the air has a slight chill. The rolling hills, quiet streams, sunset colored leaves and grazing wildlife are a perfect backdrop for a relaxing mountain vacation. And while the Smoky Mountains offer plenty to do in the great outdoors (think biking, hiking, swimming, horseback riding…), few things – barring simply lying in a hammock – are as relaxing as a day of fishing.
