It’s baaack…the third annual Cabins For You photo contest! We are excited to announce this fabulous event and encourage everyone far and wide to enter their best Smoky Mountain photos!
The rules are simple:
- Send us an e-mail at [email protected]
- Attach your favorite Smoky Mountain picture
- Describe the picture in 1-2 sentences
- Include your first and last name
- Hit send and you’re done!
Only one picture per person please! All entries will be processed within two business days and added to the “2012 Photo Contest” photo album on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/cabinsforyou). Submissions on our Facebook wall will be deleted and not considered for entry.
We’re looking for unique pictures with great stories, so send us your candid shots, your family photos, pictures of a sunset or New Year’s Eve fireworks – anything that took place in the Great Smoky Mountains! Here are some of the pictures that we’re looking for:
- A sunrise over a chilly morning in Cades Cove
- Your family riding the ski lift at Ober Gatlinburg
- Your children mesmerized by the fall leaves at Little Pigeon River
- Anything in the Smokies!
The better the story, the better the picture, so send us the ones that will make us laugh, cry and smile.
The winner of the photo contest will partially be determined by the number of “likes” their picture receives in our “2012 Photo Contest” album! You can share your picture with friends and family to receive likes, or rely on your superb photography skills to march you to victory.
We will ask our fans to “like” the picture that they think should win. Your photograph will be shared with more than 83,000 fans…that’s a lot of potential “likes!” The number of likes each picture receives will be heavily considered when choosing the winner, so campaign for “likes” to get your picture to the top spot.
We will be awarding prizes to the top five pictures. The Prize list is as follows:
Grand Prize: $750 Gift Certificate and Kindle Fire
Runner Up: $500 Gift Certificate
3rd Place: $ 400 Gift Certificate
4th Place: $300 Gift Certificate
5th Place: $250 Gift Certificate
The Cabins For You Annual 2012 Photo Contest will begin accepting entries on January 6th, 2012. The contest will end on February 20th, 2012. Cabins For You reserves the right to change rules, prizes, and processes of this contest at any time.
