Living Room
Featuring an imposing (electric, heated) fireplace with stacked stones and a beautiful mantelpiece, hardwood floors, and a wall of windows stretching to the ceiling, the living room at A View to A Dream is lovely. Get cozy on the sofas or kick back in the recliner with entertainment on the big screen TV or a warm fire on cool evenings. It’s the perfect place to chat with family and friends, sip cocoa, read a book, or enjoy a show. And the peaceful wooded scenery is sublime!

Kitchen
When you’re hankering for a good meal, head into the kitchen to prep and cook your favorite dishes or reheat leftovers from The Old Mill Restaurant. Stainless steel appliances marry country wood cabinetry and create a welcoming place to whip up dishes. There’s even a large island with bar seating for extra space to work and eat.

You can keep fresh ingredients in the fridge, stir soup on the stove, bake fresh bread, make popcorn in the microwave, brew your favorite Colombian blend, and let the dishwasher handle the cleanup. It’s so nice to have a complete kitchen space with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and more for your vacation in the Smokies.

Dining Area
Just off the kitchen awaits the dining area that features a large wooden table with matching chairs and benches. Serve delicious meals, host board game tournaments, and let the kids do arts and crafts in this versatile space. You can also use the dining area for cookie decorating, gingerbread houses, midnight margaritas, work sessions, coloring time, etc.

Rec Room
Another great space in this 4-bedroom cabin rental is the rec room. It’s large and spacious with large windows framing the trees and mountains. There’s a pool table and a theater space with a whopping big screen TV! Shoot pool into the night or pop in your favorite Blu-ray or DVD to play for movie night. Curl up on the sofas or chill in the recliner, with bowls of buttery popcorn, soda pop, and candy bars, and press play.

Bedrooms
Ready to relax? Draw yourself a hot bubbly bath in one of the indoor jetted tubs. Add a few scented candles, peaceful music, and a luxury bath bomb, and spa night is YOURS! Afterward, slip into your PJs and unwind in your bedroom suite — each with a TV so you can enjoy entertainment anytime.

There’s a mix of 3 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 2 queen-size sleeper sofas for any group. And a few of the bedrooms even offer Smoky Mountain views and a nook with a chair, ideal for reading, checking your phone, or scrolling a tablet. Whether you’re ready for bed or just want a little privacy, A View to A Dream delivers.

Outdoor Spaces
Stellar mountain and tree scenery is better seen from the decks that transform A View to A Dream at this semi-private Pigeon Forge cabin. You can even spot The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island and fireworks from Dollywood at times! Rocking chairs are great for sipping morning coffee or celebrating with evening wine while taking in the lovely views.

After exploring the national park or playing in downtown Pigeon Forge, you’ll appreciate the steamy hot tub with massaging jets. The sprawling kid-friendly backyard features a firepit with benches so you can roast marshmallows and swap funny stories in the evenings. Plus, there's plenty of yard space for games of tag, leisurely walks among the trees, and tossing a ball. Having a nice, big backyard on your family vacation is great for outdoor fun with the kids! There’s also a charcoal, picnic-style grill, wonderful for burger nights or steak dinners together.

Traveling during your stay is ideal with easier roads to and from the cabin, a flat and paved driveway, and parking for 4-5 vehicles. Unpacking and reloading the cars won’t be a problem because there are only 6 steps up to reach the front porch, and there’s a ramp leading to the main deck.

Reviews for A View to A Dream

  • "This was our first time in the Tennessee Mountains and we loved this cabin so much we didn’t wanna leave it! We will be back and hope to make this cabin our annual stay location!"
    Verified guest on 12/09/2023

  • "Worked perfect for our needs. Cabin was clean, nice, and spacious!! The mountains were beautiful. To watch the Sun rise over the Smoky Mountains was definitely a sight to see. Planning another trip for next year. Will definitely use CFY again. The cabin we were in was called A View To A Dream… and it was definitely that."

  • "A View to a Dream was everything our family had hoped for, and more! The furnishing and decor are warm and welcoming, cabin felt like home immediately. Very clean, and smelled fresh. Smart TVs in each room with cable, even included a media player in the living room, along with a collection of DVDs in case nothing's on. Login to WiFi (and thus streaming services on the TVs) was a breeze. We brought our Playstation to connect to the TV upstairs, which was simple and accessible. Fire-pit and grill were convenient and clean, with plenty of nearby kindling. Whaley's down the hill had plenty of affordable firewood to supplement. Check-in and -out were amazingly convenient, requiring no more instruction or interaction than provided in reservation emails. The view is fantastic, especially from the top balcony. A stand of tall trees remain between this and the nearest cabin, providing a fair amount of privacy without obstructing the mountain view. Our intention on this trip was to unwind in seclusion, and this cabin was perfect for that purpose. For folks hoping to visit Pigeon Forge or Garlinburg, the location is great as well - can be to the Parkway in 15 minutes, and Gatlinburg in less than an hour (traffic allowing during busy seasons). We can't imagine staying right in the heart of PF or Gburg when such luxury and comfort is so nearby and comparatively affordable. For those like us, 2 indoor Jacuzzis, 1 outdoor hotub, two arcade machines, pool table, et al makes it easy to stay in. One of my favorite aspects was the approach to the cabin - McMahan - Sawmill road, Cub Circle, and Cat Paw Lane have some very fun grades and switchbacks. I LOVE mountain driving! That said, make sure your vehicle / tires / brakes are in good shape. In the end, our conversations went from "where do we want to go next year?" to "when can we come back? maybe thanksgiving?!""

  • "The most amazing cabin I’ve seen and the response time for an issue we had was uncanny. We will definitely be using them for Our vacation next year!"
