Rest on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) with entertainment on the big screen TV, sip wine and chat with a friend on the loveseat, and venture into a fantasy world with a book by the shimmering electric (heated) fireplace. And if you’re hosting a party, stack snacks and drinks on the coffee and end tables to keep everyone full and happy!

Nearby awaits the fully equipped kitchen — with stainless steel appliances, mugs, dinnerware, pots and pans, cutlery, and plenty of tools to help prepare homemade meals with ease! Granite countertops blend with mahogany cabinetry to elevate the cook space. Plus, with the open concept throughout the home, chefs in your group will remain connected during meal prep. Fix steak dinners, sandwich spreads, fresh smoothies, baked treats, and more without missing a beat!
Dining Area
Center to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a stylish table with 4 matching chairs and a bench. Set the table in a flash and sit down together for family meals. There’s also extra seating at the sofa bar table with 3 stools, and don’t forget the living room seating just a few steps over. After meals, clear the dining space and bar table for board and card games brought from home or prep the areas for crafting time with the kiddos or beer time with your best buds!
Rec Room
It’s game time in the rec loft! Play rousing rounds of pool with the competitors in your group at the fun pool table or defeat the highest arcade scores on the stand-up 60-game Multicade! Switch on the mounted big screen TV for entertainment while you hang, grab a few cold ones from the kitchen, and you’ll have yourself a party!
