(0)One of the best things about owning and operating a cabin rental business in Gatlinburg Tennessee has to be the customer interaction. Occasionally there are some circumstances that arise that hinder these exciting experiences. However, all in all, we love hearing from the guest and speaking to them.
To aid better in this process, we decided to start having different types of vacation competitions or experience with previous guest. We have guests write things, take pictures and record videos for different prizes. Our office staff votes and decides a winner. All things that we receive are great.
