It\u2019s The 407: Gateway to Adventure retailtainment complex that features shops, eateries, moonshine, and family-friendly attractions to make the most of your classic American road trip! And if you want to stay a while longer, there are plenty of local cabins to book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wholly owned by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI), Kituwah LLC launched a 200-acre development known as Project 407 in Sevierville, TN, in 2021. As the huge project \u2014 now known as The 407: Gateway to Adventure \u2014 continues to grow, more fantastic news keeps popping up, such as their partnerships with Buc-ee\u2019s and Pu du Fou! With estimates of drawing 6.7 million visitors in their first full year, this place is projected to become everyone\u2019s first stop on their Smoky Mountain vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attractions Coming Soon!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A great place for travelers to stop for a while and experience fun things to do in the Smokies without drifting too far from the interstate, The 407: Gateway to Adventure is planning to knock your socks off with brand-new attractions to the area. Developers and tenants from across the globe have reached out to be part of this cool, new entertainment complex.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So\u2026what\u2019s in the works? The world\u2019s largest Buc-ee\u2019s and Puy du Fou\u2019s debut in the States! We\u2019ve also heard rumors of state-of-the-art indoor go-kart tracks, an ultimate sports experience, and a top-notch golf attraction. For now, the EBCI is remaining flexible to create the best visitor experience for YOU, so stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buc-ee\u2019s Family Travel Center \u2014 Largest in the World<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s official \u2014 the world\u2019s largest Buc-ee\u2019s<\/a> is coming to The 407: Gateway to Adventure in Sevierville! Equally massive and super nice inside and out, Buc-ee\u2019s is a convenience store chain that will leave you oohing and aahing for miles after stopping by. Breaking records and taking names, this new travel center will spread across 74,000 square feet, feature a 250-foot car wash, and boast 120 fueling stations plus EV charging stations. Buc-ee\u2019s is also known for its amazing BBQ and really clean bathrooms!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puy du Fou \u2014 First in the United States<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originating in France, Puy du Fou \u2014 an immersive, world-class show based on real history \u2014 is coming to America! Currently, Puy du Fou is the second most-visited theme park in all of France, right behind Disneyland Paris, and with $75 million invested, you can bet this show will impress at The 407 in Sevierville, TN. Step back in time to learn more about the Cherokee people, their culture, and their heroic accomplishments at this one-of-a-kind walk-through experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
