Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly then transfer to a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, stir together sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Pour into prepared dish.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and butter until it clumps. Stir in pecans, then spread evenly over potatoes. Cream Cheese, Cubed<br \/>\n\u2022 kosher salt<br \/>\n\u2022 Freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\nTear or slice bread into cubes and leave out overnight to dry out. (Alternately, place bread on baking sheets and bake at 200\u00ba for 20 minutes.)<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease a large baking dish.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, combine bread, spinach, artichoke hearts, and 1 1\/2 cups mozzarella. Set aside.<br \/>\nIn a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery and cook until onion is translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. add garlic and herbs and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and cream cheese and bring to a simmer until cream cheese melts.
