This year\u2019s event will feature a selection of wines from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabinsforyou.com\/blog\/attractions\/gatlinburg-and-pigeon-forge-wineries.htm\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wineries<\/a> all over Tennessee and will be held at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg. <\/p>\n<p>Start on <strong>Friday, April 13<\/strong> with the <strong>Gatlinburg Wine Tour<\/strong> that will take you to some great local wineries! The tour begins at 6 p.m., and registration\/check-in is from 5 to 6 p.m. Seats will fill up quickly (and are limited), so get your tickets in advance! The guided tour will give you the opportunity learn more about area wineries and enjoy samples!<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, have fun at the <strong>Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest<\/strong> at the <strong>Arrowmont School of Arts &#038; Crafts<\/strong> on <strong>Saturday, April 14<\/strong>. From <strong>1-6 p.m.<\/strong>, ($25 advance tickets; $30 at the gate), wear your wristband for sampling and your Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest wine glass!<br \/>\nWineries will provide samples of 1 oz at a time, and guests can buy their favorite bottles of wine to take home! During the event, several wine enthusiasts and aficionados will be on hand to give talks about wine making, wine pairing, and more. This wonderful event is also helping to support a good cause. The 14-acre campus in Gatlinburg houses professional equipment and is able to facilitate classes and workshops in fiber, ceramics, metals and jewelry, painting, photography, warm glass, drawing, mixed media, books and paper, woodworking, and woodturning. The Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts also has an Artists-in-Residence program that offers a year-long residency for five beginning artists each year.
