It\u2019s a great opportunity to get in some quality time with the ones you love and eat some great food. But Easter brunch doesn\u2019t have to be a big production. These Easter brunch recipes are easy enough to whip up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabinsforyou.com\/3_4_5_6_bedroom_cabin_rentals.htm\">in the cabin<\/a>, and most make for great all-day snacking. You can even make several ahead of time so you can skip the work on Easter day. Or just toss them in the fridge at the cabin and enjoy leftovers while you\u2019re hanging out and relaxing. <\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marthastewart.com\/318862\/bacon-with-citrus-glaze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bacon with Citrus Glaze<\/a> | Martha Stewart | 40 minutes | 4 servings<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 slices slab bacon (1\/4-inch thick) or regular bacon <\/li>\n<li>2 navel oranges <\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cane syrup or honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay bacon on a baking sheet. Juice oranges into a small saucepan and add cane syrup. Cook over medium heat until glaze is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 8 minutes.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Brush some glaze over the bacon and bake for 10 minutes. Brush with more glaze. Continue to bake until golden, about 15 minutes more (10 minutes if using regular bacon). Lightly flour a rolling pin and work surface and roll out dough to a 12-inch round. Place in a 9-inch pie plate, fold overhang under, and crimp edge. Place a sheet of parchment paper over dough and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake until edge is dry and light golden, about 20 minutes. Remove parchment and weights.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high. Add onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until light golden, 8 to 10 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Add onion, bacon, and cheese and season with \u00bd teaspoon salt and \u00bc teaspoon pepper. Whisk to combine, pour into crust, and bake until center of quiche is just set, 40 to 45 minutes.
