<\/p>\nCabins For You held our second annual photo contest and we\u2019ve picked a winner! There were almost 300 pictures entered. Our staff had a hard time narrowing down the winners because there were so many great entries but our Facebook fans commented and \u201cliked\u201d to help us choose who would walk away with the grand prize. There were so many great pictures we added two prizes to the list of first, second, and third place so that there were 5 total prizes awarded.<\/p>\n
The contest was themed around holiday vacations in the Smoky Mountains. Entries ranged from pictures of Halloween costumes, to family Christmas pics, to bears in the Smokies, to pictures of the leaves changing during November. We had a blast sifting through all of the entries and really appreciate everyone\u2019s participation in our photo contest.<\/p>\n
The first place winner will be receiving an Apple iPad and a $500 stay with Cabins For You. Second place receives a $100 Cabins For You gift certificate, third fourth and fifth places receive $50 Cabins For You gift certificates.<\/p>\n
Last year\u2019s winner was a beautiful scene of a chapel in the snow. This year\u2019s winner is much different.<\/p>\n

We picked this picture because it made us laugh. It reminds us of so many fun family memories in the Smoky Mountains and we couldn\u2019t help but smile when we saw it. Not only did we love it, our Facebook fans loved it too. This picture received the most \u201clikes\u201d on Facebook out of all of the entries we received.<\/p>\n

There were so many pictures we liked for so many different reasons. All of the beautiful scenery pictures reminded us of the reasons why our cabins in the mountains are so popular. The Smoky Mountains are truly amazing. The pictures of wildlife had us oohing and ahhing over some very lucky guests who got some pretty crazy pictures (like the one of the bear stealing a steak off of the grill.) The family pics made us feel honored to share in such fantastic stories\u2026.the list goes on and on and on.<\/p>\n
