I stayed here with my 4 kids (6-23) and my sister and her two kids (15 and 20). It was very comfortable and far enough out to be away from the traffic and noise but close enough to town to easily access Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This was by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The view is beautiful from the back deck. My sister and I met out there for coffee every morning before the kids got up. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The rooms are just as in the pictures. After a day of sightseeing, hiking, etc. it was nice to come back to a simple supper and cards or the hot tub in the evening. Service was great and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable and less than a nice hotel would have been. The only thing better would be to have my own cabin!
Mountain Sunrise was a great place for a vacation. It's not that far from all the attractions, but far enough to not be right in town. It was a beautiful built cabin. I would recommend it to anybody. Had a wonderful time.
