- Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are different towns, but have the same traffic light numbers. Make sure you are in the right town. This happens to more people than you might think!
- If you don't have four wheel drive or don't want to put wear-and-tear your vehicle, rent a car. There are plenty of places in Gatlinburg TN where you can rent a car.
- Some roads may be curvy when traveling to some of our mountain cabins. For more information visit www.tn511.com.
- Well Water - Please be understanding and aware that some of our cabin rentals have well water and there is a chance you may see some discoloration or notice an odor from the water. If for any reason the coloration or odor of the water persists do not hesitate to contact our office at 1 (800) 684-7865. Since a well requires power to pump water, the water will stop flowing if there is a power outage. Water will resume flow once power is restored. You may call our office to report a power outage. Well water is the only way some cabins can receive water. We will there was an easier more efficient way.
- Satellite TV and Cable - Some cabins have different services based on the location of the cabins. Depending the particular TV package the cabin has, some local channels might no be available. The best way to check is call our reservation specialist before reserving a mountain cabin.
