Gatlinburg Fine Arts Festival will be celebrating it’s 5th year on May 16th and 17th as an event in Gatlinburg TN. It’s a huge festival of arts, entertainment and food featuring artists from around the world. This is a family friendly event so feel free to bring the little children along too. Art displays of artists from around the country will be set up and music will play for you as you shop.

Many volunteers from around Gatlinburg are responsible for throwing this festival for you to enjoy and it benefits the local visual arts center, Sevier County Arts Council and Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. You’ll see work from over 50 professional artists and craftsmen. Each year the Gatlinburg Fine Arts Festival has awarded $5,000 in cash prizes. Will you be amongst the winners?

A large crowd is expected this year with locals and tourists coming to the area for the Gatlinburg Fine Arts Festival. This festival will be held in the heart of Gatlinburg on River Road and on the grounds of Ripley’s Aquarium. There will also be plenty of food to choose from while you walk around. Many local restaurants will be setting up tents for you to swing by while browsing. Take your pick between The Peddler, Park Grill Steak House, Veranda Restaurant, Johnson Brothers BBQ, and many more.

The Gatlinburg Fine Arts Festival does boast a free admission so there’s no reason not to take a look around while you’re in town. You might even find a small treasure to take home with you. It only comes around once a year. Don’t miss it this year!
