The seating area is located off the kitchen and overlooks the spectacular mountains. This floor has four bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bath! On the second floor there is a den with a big screen television with cozy seating. There are five bedrooms on this floor. The third floor includes a game room. The room consists of a pool table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. This floor also have five bedrooms. Also, outside there are two large decks, one with a hot tub. There are two grills located outside for your cookouts. There is plenty of parking room for up to 15 cars! This cabin is specially made for your large group!
Another Pigeon Forge cabin, Crestview Lodge, is perfect for youth groups! This cabin has 8 bedrooms and sleeps up to 46. In every bedroom, a indescribable scenery is able to be seen. Imagine waking up from a good night’s rest and seeing the stunning Smoky Mountains! Each individual bedroom is provided with it’s own heating and air conditioning. Crestview has three floors with a gas fireplace, a hot tub, and a large kitchen with just about anything you could need. The dining room can seat up to 40 people. The game room in this cabin is jam-packed with fun thing to do. The room included a 14-foot shuffle board, a pool table, foosball table, basketball for two, air hockey, and even a bumper pool table. The theater room has a widescreen high-definition TV, along with surround sound, a DVD player, and cable.

Our large group was very disappointed in the condition of Plimpton Lodge. We paid top dollar for a property that leaked when it rained, had numerous appliances that didn't work (icemaker, microwave, ceiling fans, iron and a ciouple TVs), and really wasn't very clean.
When we left, we complained about the condition of the house and were responded to with claims that we broke everything and owed them money! Horrible attitude by a leasing office 300 miles away and out of touch with the condition of the property.
As tempting as it is to get the nice view and large capacity available at Plimpton, I suggest you take your group elsewhere.
I second the sentiments from stevie_y regarding Plimpton Lodge. Things were broken, missing, filthy and workman surrounded the house on ladders for the first few days of our family vacation. Water poured in the windows and doors (hence some of the workman...but can't caulking be done when guests aren't paying thousands of dollars to rent a "luxury" lodge?)
Towels smelled mildewed and were unusable before rewashing, springs protruded from mattresses, things fell off the walls, shall I go on?
Family reunions are WONDERFUL and nothing can take away from a week with people you only see every year or so...but the response by the rental company to our list of problems (they tried to bill US for damages!) came pretty close.
