Although the area has an abundance of attractions, if you’ve never been to a dinner show or a comedy show, you have a number of options that are located within minutes of your rental. 

Dixie Stampede – Located in Pigeon Forge, this show reenacts the Civil War with singers, dancers, horses, buffalo and many other animals.  The audience is included in several aspects of the show while the North battles the South. You better come hungry, because you are served a four course meal during the main show (vegetarian options available).  If you come early you can pet the horses in the stables outside of the building. The show is great and the food is wonderful so make sure to put in on your itinerary. 

Black Bear Jamboree - One of the local’s favorites in Pigeon Forge is the Black Bear Jamboree and dinner show. It offers talented entertainers singing and dancing to a variety of music including gospel, country, Broadway, 50’s and 60’s, and bluegrass music for a true experience of the beautiful Smokies all while you enjoy your delicious meal. Be on the lookout for hungry bears that often wander the crowd! Located on the main Parkway, Black Bear Jamboree is near many other shows if you’re interested in attending more than one. 

Comedy Barn Theater - At the Comedy Barn Theater, you will experience clean, family comedy. It features gospel and patriotic music, magicians and fire-eaters, jugglers, ventriloquists, and barn yard animals. It has won the funniest show award ten years in a row. The souvenirs are a must have after a show like this. From t-shirts to a key chain with your picture on it to gag gifts, the gift shop has it all. 

The Country Tonite Show - If you love country music then the Country Tonite Show is especially for you.  This two hour show consists of singing, dancing, comedy, and gospel. The show itself has won many awards such as “Best Live Country Show in America” and “Best Show in the Smokies.”  

The Louise Mandrell Theater – Expect an amazing country, rock n’ roll, and gospel feel at the Louise Mandrell Theater. Named after the talented music artist, Louise Mandrel, this theatre show guarantees awesome entertainment. Louise is the younger sister of Barbara Mandrel and has gone on tour with country legends such as Merle Haggard. Her talent and effort is definitely reflected throughout the show.
