Gatlinburg 4th of July Midnight Parade
I don’t know if
there’s a better time of year than the 4th
of July in America. Celebrate the best country in
the world’s establishment! Be part of the
celebration in
Gatlinburg when July 4th
rolls around this year. Gatlinburg just can't wait
for the day break to start the celebration, so why
not start at midnight? Come
celebrate with Gatlinburg and the rest of the
southeast for our nation’s birthday!
Enjoy lighted
floats, marching bands, and giant helium balloons.
The parade begins at 12:01 a.m. on the 4th of July,
so get some rest and make it on over to Gatlinburg
for this unique parade. Since the parade starts at
midnight, it has the distinction of being the
nation's first Independence Day Parade of the year.
The parade starts at Home Federal, Hwy 321 #1A
Traffic Light, and ends at traffic light #10 on the
Parkway. It should last a total of 90 minutes with over 100 entries, including floats,
bands, vehicle dance teams, majorettes, civic
groups, and equestrian entries.

the parade at a
