Back and better than ever before, it’s almost time for the Pigeon Forge Spring Rod Run! Boasting an all new and improved location, this year’s event will be held April 11-12, 2014 at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. With 31 years of history, Pigeon Forge is excited to expand this event – now with ample free parking and additional space for the show!
Located just across the creek from the original location, the new LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge is located only a short walk to the downtown Parkway. This easy to access location is also only a trolley ride to the new Pigeon Forge attraction, The Island! Now, all of your favorite restaurants, attractions and the city’s famous SkyWheel are only a short trip away from all of the Rod Run action.
This year, contestants are lining up for a shot at winning the big prize – an $8000 dollar cash giveaway! Prizes and awards will be given to the Top 25 and Ultimate 5. For attendees without cars in competition, door prizes and goodies will be given away throughout the weekend.
Spring Rod Run draws in hundreds of show cars and automotive enthusiasts from all over the country. The weekend is full of demonstrations and seminars, and even a large swap meet for everyone to enjoy. This event is fun for the whole family, featuring live music and entertainment.
