This family owned and operated pottery shop is located in Gatlinburg, TN. The artist, Brandy, began making pottery after she graduated high school and has been perfecting her craft ever since. It was after working with and being taught by a local potter that Brandy realized her calling to do pottery full time. She kept practicing her skills while also working a full-time job. After a time, she was able to relocate from Tipp City, OH to Gatlinburg, TN. This is where Brandywine Pottery officially began in 2001. This pottery shop has grown in popularity consistently since that time.
Every item that is sold here at Brandywine is one of a kind. Each piece of pottery is sprayed and layered using four to eight different glazes. You can purchase a variety of different items including, vases, wine goblets, cups, bowls, coffee cups, tea sets, plates, Christmas ornaments, and pitchers. Alewine Pottery
After graduating high school, Robert Alewine found his true love was for art! He enjoyed the uniqueness that came with doing pottery, because at the time he was one of only a few who worked at this particular craft. After moving to Gatlinburg in 1983, Robert decided to make his love for pottery his livelihood. He believes that the satisfaction that comes from creating something from a ball of clay is worth the stress and sleepless nights.

Buie Pottery
Since 1982, Buie has been creating and decorating handmade pottery. Beginning at age 17, Buie began creating pottery – that has been her passion ever since! After graduating college, she opened her own gallery, Buie Pottery, and began her pottery business. With many other achievements under her belt, Buie is a highly accomplished artist!
This unique gallery sells many different things. Not only do they sell pottery, but some of their pottery is also used to make lamps that burn oil! Some of the other items that you can find at this gallery include candle holders, candle plates, dinnerware, glassware, and salad sets. With so many options to choose from, you will be able to make any event beautiful!

Judy Jones Pottery
Located in historic Smoky Mountains is this unique pottery gallery. Travel to Gatlinburg, TN and you will find an enchanting assortment of handmade items. Judy Jones began her first pottery studio in 1979 after graduating with an art degree. She wanted to be an artist rather than teach, so she decided she would create pottery for a living. Moving to the Gatlinburg area in 2001, Judy found that she could grow her business more in the Smoky Mountains.

You can find Judy’s shop in the 8-mile craft loop that is famous for exceptional craftsmen and craftswomen. Her pottery collection ranges from dishware to bathroom accessories. She makes pitchers, tureens, bowls, potpourri jars, salt and pepper shakers, and even condiment trays. One of the many unique things you will find here is a flower arranger. This piece of pottery is used to create flower arrangements the natural way by placing the flower in various holes that are made into the vase.
