Situated on 43 beautiful wooded acres, Black Bear Falls in Gatlinburg, TN, features lovely log cabins among the scenic Smoky Mountains. With a huge diversity of trees, rolling hills, and peaceful streams – along with several ponds throughout the resort – the setting is serene and relaxing for a memorable mountain getaway.
Many of the cabins have nice mountain and wooded views, and the resort is just about 10-15 minutes from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. Pick up some info about the area and start exploring! Black Bear Falls is also not too far from the Parkway, keeping you close to all the fun.
In Gatlinburg, check out the Ripley’s attractions, do some shopping along the Parkway, get some rich homemade fudge, or drive over to the scenic Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, biking, picnicking, horseback riding, and more. In neighboring Pigeon Forge, go to dinner shows, explore the state rooms at the Titanic Museum Attraction, or fly through the trees on a zipline tour.
Community Pool
Open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., the heated adult and kids’ swimming pools offer family fun from Memorial Day through Labor Day. As you lounge, splash, and play, enjoy the lovely landscaping around the pools. And when you need a break from the sun, sit down for a snack or drink at one of the tables on the covered patio.
Clubhouse & Meeting Room

Located near the beautiful Smoky Mountain cabins, it’s the perfect setup for a wedding. Plan your big day at a local chapel (or even in your cabin!), and then come back here for a lovely reception.
