Reviews for Birdhouse

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse cabin this week. The cabin was quiet, super clean, well equipped throughout and made our stay very relaxing. The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful!! The cabin is remote but still close enough to area amenities and shopping. We will definitely recommend the Birdhouse to friends and family."

  • "Views are absolutely stunning. Cabin is new and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and allow the kids to run. Well stocked kitchen. Driveway as advertised is very steep but no issues using it. We got to see a momma bear and her three cubs right off of our deck. Thanks for allowing us to vacation in this lovely cabin."

  • "We recently stayed at the birdhouse and had an amazing time. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. We couldn’t figure out the lock when we arrived but a quick call to the office took care of it. The cabin did have lady bugs but that’s expected for the area. Every cabin we have stayed in in the smokies has had them. We didn’t have any maintenance issues while there. We did get to see bears every morning. The cabin next door is under construction and the bears definitely enjoyed going through their trash. The road leading up to the cabin is steep but the views certainly make up for the drive. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient. We come every year and would not hesitate to rent this cabin again."

  • "The view from the cabin is stunning! Loved the big open windows overlooking the golf course. It took us about 30 taxi/Uber to downtown Gatlinburg. The driveway is VERY short and STEEP and just leads to a drop off. There is a “missing” window in the kitchen that just had a piece of plywood placed in it, trash underneath the porch, and the hot tub was not ready/set up when we arrived. However, we enjoyed staying here and enjoyed the cabin. It was clean on the inside and the perfect set up!"

  • "We had a great stay. Cabin was clean and easy check in. No issues at all. Would highly recommend."

  • "The cabins was great. We really enjoyed our stay & definitely will be booking again"

  • "My family is really enjoying and watch clowd and mountain it's wonderful experience we love it"

  • "Excellent communication. I was really impressed that I got instant response. We couldn’t get in our cabin but it didn’t take long fir them to reset it. Also, the day of departure we had a Mama bear and her 3 cubs visiting. I contacted customer service and they let us check out 2 hours later. I’m very happy with the service and service he cabin. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!"

  • "Everything was as described. It was absolutely beautiful views and was very peaceful. Only thing that made me nervous was the steep driveway but I think I’m the only one it bothered lol. Will definitely stay here again in the future"

  • "The cabins were clean and well taken care of with stunning views all around! My favorite stay yet!"

  • "Very clean and nice and huge. However, be aware about 25 minutes to the closest grocery store. Such a nice home and amazing views."
