One of the first properties you’ll come to in the Bear Creek Crossing Resort is American Bear Cabin, a traditional log-exterior cabin with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and room for 8 guests. This semi-private cabin offers a flat, paved driveway for 4 vehicles when you first pull up, and when you go inside, you’ll be charmed by the American patriot motif of the cabin. Red, white, and blue greet you from every room throughout American Bear Cabin, making this an ideal destination for Memorial Day weekend or the Fourth of July. If you do visit on the weekend on July 4, don’t miss Fourth of July Midnight Parade followed by a fireworks show in Gatlinburg. My wife and I stayed in American Bear Cabin and fell in love with the Patriotic team. I am a retired veteran, so this cabin made me feel proud to be an American. The cabin had everything we needed and gave us a chance to relax. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. We will definitely be back to this cabin.
The best cabin experience! The cabin was clean, updated, and had everything that we needed for a terrific vacation and then some. We stayed at the American Bear Cabin, which was the closest cabin to the pool and putt-putt. Having a 6 yr. old, 4 yr. old and 5 month old on board, this was a plus! We had so much room for everyone to be comfortable, and there were some mornings we were ok with just hanging out in the cabin - hot tub, loft with arcade games, and a kitchen with all the cooking essentials and we were set! When we did get out of the cabin it was just a 10 -15 min drive into town. We will be back!
